ISC'11, the 26th International Supercomputing Conference (June 19 – 23),
urges all engineers and scientists in academia, industry and government
seeking an opportunity to share their research results in the computing
and scientific disciplines to submit their original work by Sunday,
*January 23, 2011*.
ISC'11 is seeking papers reporting original work in theoretical,
experimental and industrial research and development in the following
areas:
- Architectures
Multicore/Manycore systems
Heterogeneous systems (FPGAs, GPGPUs etc.)
Network technology
- Algorithms and Analysis
Scalability on future architectures
Performance evaluation and tuning
- Future Trends
Exascale HPC
HPC in the Cloud
- Large Scale Simulations
Coupled simulations
Industrial simulations
- Storage and Data
File systems and tape libraries
Data intensive applications
Submissions on other innovative aspects of High Performance Computing are
also welcome.
A maximum of 20 accepted papers will be published in a special edition of
"Computer Science – Research and Development" by Springer Verlag, Germany,
which will be available at ISC'11 from June 20 onwards.
The Scientific Sessions feature first-class open forums for engineers and
scientists in academia, industry and government to present and discuss
issues, trends and results that will shape the future of High Performance
Computing, networking and storage.
Requirements
All papers must be written in English!
Full papers should be submitted via the EasyChair conference system by
January 23, 2011. We only accept submissions in PDF format which are
correctly formatted using the Springer LaTeX style and do not exceed eight
pages. For details on the author guidelines, please refer to Springer's
website.
Papers will be peer-reviewed by three reviewers and will be evaluated
based on their novelty, fundamental insights and potential for long-term
contribution.
Authors who submit papers must also agree to present their work at the ISC
Scientific Sessions, held Monday, June 20 – Wednesday, June 22. Presenters
also need to be registered as ISC'11 participants.
